There’s always been a special place in my heart for Japanese music, art and culture. Whenever I think back to my formative teenage years I get this muddle of flashbacks that consists of Studio Ghibli animations, punk rock Japanese biker girlfriends, and late 90’s hip hop paraphernalia that mingle into recollections of experiences both indistinguishable from my dreams and memories. I think I watched this video 10 times in a row, smiling the whole time as it brought back some long forgotten stuff and made me want to get off my ass and do more of something, anything. I hope it does the same for you too.
