Found this in the vault from 2012… still amazing.
The Sea & Cake‘s new single “On and On” has been treated to a video by the very talented Japanese animator Naomi Nagata. Created over the space of a month and using only sand and a traditional Japanese scroll, the video depicts a swooping, swirling line of sand on a journey to nowhere.
Beautiful stuff, we’ll be keeping an eye out for future work from Naomi Nagata.
