Why I hate dressing for a British summer

I love the summer. Like most people the sun shining can change my mood from miserable bitch to happy-go lucky as quickly you can say ‘where’s the sun tan lotion’. Throughout winter I just moan (so British) about the cold and the rain, and long for the summer months to arrive. I also love clothes, I love fashion and can waste hours looking at fashion trends online or in magazines – a fashion slave to the ‘machine’. But here’s the problem: I don’t like dressing for summer. And before you start throwing your crop tops and cut off Levis shorts at me, I’ll explain why that is.
